Mohamed Amin Farah, a member of Southwest state Parliament said they have signed a no-confidence motion against the region’s President Sharif Hassan Sheikh Aden.

Speaking to Radio Shabelle, legislator Farah disclosed that the new motion was inked by 80 MPs and it will be soon submitted to the leadership of the regional assembly.

Also, Farah added the move came after a section of the Parliamentarians have accused  President Aden of incompetence and poor leadership as he spends most of his time roving overseas.

The lawmaker’s remarks come as the regional leader has recently opened the 4th session of the Southwest State of Somalia in Baidoa after the MPs returned from two-month vacation.
